Jewel Restaurants group is looking for 2 x experienced Cooks who share our love for authentic Indian flavours and the joy of creating dishes that bring people together. Our restaurants have been a local favourite for over many years, known for vibrant street‑food classics, tandoori specialties, rich curries, and warm, attentive hospitality.
These full‑time roles are based in Jewel on the Bay (Rose Bay NSW) and The Spice Room (Circular Quay Sydney CBD) offering a salary of $77,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation.
An ideal candidate should possess a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience in a fast paced, fine dining kitchen. You must be able to perform both independently and within a close‑knit team, and take pride in precision, consistency, and cooking with heart.
