Job Description
Prepare quality South Indian food for customers weigh, measure, mix and prepare ingredients according to recipes Steam, boil or fry meats, fish, vegetables and other ingredients Arrange and garnish dishes Work well under pressure and within time limits Ensure kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparations positions Experience with hot and cold food preparations Good working knowledge of accepted sanitisation standards and health codes Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors etc Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment
