They own R&B Grill Bar, led by Michelin-starred Chef Benson Tong, and plan to expand to 5 outlets by 2027, creating a modern Asian dining lifestyle brand. Job Summary Support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients and assisting in food service while occasionally managing customer orders at the counter during fast-paced, split-shift workdays. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and kitchen stations to support the Chef's service efficiently Assist the Chef during food preparation and service to maintain smooth kitchen operations Manage customer orders accurately at the counter during peak periods to ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the shift Adapt to fast-paced, split-shift work schedules to meet operational demands, 1030am t0 230pm, 5pm to 9pm. 5.5 days week (sunday half day)
