Job Summary
Obey the arrangement and responsible for preparation and cooking of food for various food service units and the main kitchen. Assistant Demi Chef De Partie preparation and production of food in a specific area of the Food Service Department.
Major Responsibilities
Assists in preparation and presentation of all food items. Ensures food is fresh and prepared in a timely fashion. Performs cooking duties and related production functions. Ensures food production training and recipes are followed, assist in daily spot checks of all portioning tools and equipment cleanliness. Assist in providing daily documenting and recording of product spoilage. Follows established safety standards using safe food handling guidelines and maintains a clean work area.
