Job Conditions
- Contract type: Project-based (directly hired by the client)
- Salary: COP 5,000,000 – 6,000,000 (depending on profile)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Work modality: 100% on-site in Barranquilla
Requirements
- Conversational English and Mandarin (B2 – C1)
- Experience: 0 to 6 months (junior profiles are welcome)
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily home care visit schedules
- Follow up with patients and caregivers
- Ensure timely coverage of all assigned services
