About the role
To be responsible for the delivery of professional and effective medical assistance services for all clients of International SOS to the highest standards of excellence in conjunction with the Regional Medical Director, Coordinating Doctors, and Nurses.
Key Responsibilities
Medical Assistance Responsibilities:
Conduct medical due diligence and case direction. Handle ongoing medical tasks and ensure proper handover at shift changes. Provide referrals and retrospective claims assessments. Plan and oversee medical hospitalization cases and operational issues. Medical Assistance Services:
