Provides clinical care as an Advanced Practice Provider while leading a team of Advanced Practice Providers within the Institute or Hospital. Coordinates scheduling, and review of Advanced Practice Provider duties and responsible for ensuring appropriate utilization of team.
**Cleveland Clinic's Ohio West Submarket is seeking a full time NP/PA to join our leadership team as Coordinator, Advanced Practice Providers leading OR APPs across the perioperative spaces of Fairvew, Lutheran, and Avon Hospitals. This position will perform their clinical duties at Lutheran Hospital. The ideal candidate is preferred to have experience in a high volume surgical practice, to include surgical first assisting and post operative inpatient care. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of direct clinical APP experience in an academic, tertiary care, and trauma surgical environment.
