You will:
Lead, mentor and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality care Design and implement engaging, play-based programs that reflect children’s interests Build strong, authentic relationships with children, families and the school community Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and all regulatory requirements Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all Promote the service within the local community in line with CEEC’s Vision, Mission and Values Requirements of the Role: Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines. Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
