Job Description

The Coordinator, Email Marketing, is responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day development of email communications. Primary focus: curating content, shaping compelling stories, gathering and aligning inputs from cross‑functional partners, ensuring emails are delivered accurately and on time.

• Timely and accurate development of compelling email content and briefs that reflect Indigo’s voice and ensure readiness for execution
• 90% on‑time stage gate for email
• Core email performance metrics (e.g., open rate, click rate, conversion)
