**DCC employees working in Yellowknife are eligible for the applicable Isolated Post Allowance (IPA) established by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat.**

For employees with dependents, per year;

  • Living Cost Differential: $8,424
  • Fuel and Utilities Differential: $7,375
  • Total Annual IPA: $19,591

  • Environment Allowance: $2,280
