JOB SUMMARY
HEXO is seeking outgoing, friendly, and dynamic team players to join our HEXO GMP Production Team. The Inventory and Data Coordinator - GMP is responsible for supporting inventory control, production data accuracy, and batch record integrity across GMP processing operations. This role ensures that inventory transactions, reconciliations, and production documentation are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with GMP requirements. Working closely with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain, the Inventory and Data Coordinator helps maintain traceability, resolve discrepancies, support audit readiness, and contribute to the efficient and compliant flow of materials through the GMP process.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and reconcile accurate inventory records across all GMP processing stages, ensuring proper tracking of material movements, status changes, and full traceability.
