Coordinate & manage room blocks, reservations for group contracts.Assist the Sales & Operation teams with require changes to existing room blocks, individual reservations and rooming lists if needed.Working with Delphi, Opera/PEP & R&I to maintain group blocks, rooming lists, and reservations.Familiarity with group commissions, rebates, invoicing, concessions, uses of reports.Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare each group’s arrival using Delphi/R&I/Opera or PEP,Communicate codes, billing information/routing/PM accounts, VIP information, correspondence, etc. interact with booking contacts for group rooms and crew as record group rooms and revenue in the property management Airline crew blocks, enter all manifests monthly & balance & coordinate rooming lists, in PMS & manage 3rd party platform when all group reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, e-mail, internally and through meeti...
