Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities
- Manage operations of various projects (Including 24-hour operation Projects)
- Needs to handle and take care of multiple projects
- Activate Standby personnel or stand in for the absence of personnel in the project
- Rostering for operations/ensuring KPI maintained on all the projects under their care
- Visit the project sites and ensure deliverables of the project specs (Islandwide)
- Monthly attendance report and work report preparation and submission with the client for the necessary approval
- Invoice preparation and submission to the client for the necessary payment processing
- Join the recruitment manager for the necessary project recruitment and interview arrangements.
- Collect feedback on the staff performance with the client
- Coordinate and arrange the needful logistics arrangement for the project.
