About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Coordinator – Operations to lead the delivery of road and civil infrastructure programs across the City of Glen Eira. You will oversee the planning and delivery of road, drainage, footpath and car park works, ensuring compliance, safety and service excellence.

The role is responsible for managing contracts, budgets, and operational performance while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. This is a strong opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Council’s infrastructure and community outcomes.

Coordinating maintenance and renewal programs including:

Road maintenance and resurfacing

Footpath maintenance, renewal, and grinding

Drainage operations and minor improvements

Managing infrastructure maintenance contracts and ensuring compliance with safety and service standards.
