As Ops & CX Performance Coordinator you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of performance across operations and customer experience function and to develop and implement a repeatable process for monitoring and reporting it.
The role will be focused on driving data driven decision making & delivering continuous improvement through strong analytical and interpersonal skills. You must have the maturity to work independently on a day-to-day basis and have the wisdom to know when to collaborate delegate and/or elevate.
Assist in monitoring and improving UAE performance metrics across Operations and CX.
Provide preliminary insights and analyses to assist in decision-making processes.
Handle tasks such as organizing meetings preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
