HR Systems Management
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
Support system upgrades, testing, and implementations
Data & Reporting
Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, onboarding, etc.)
Assist in building dashboards and analytics
Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies
Support onboarding/offboarding workflows in systems
Maintain HR process documentation and SOPs
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
User Support
Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries
Troubleshoot basic system issues
