Responsibilities- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on repairs, purchases, and capital asset disposal of FF&E.
- Raise purchase requests for FF&E and table operating supplies.
- Coordinate logistics of purchase orders, inventory transfers, deliveries, and tagging.
- Receive invoices, confirm receipt of goods and services, and inspect shipments of materials, equipment and supplies to ensure compliance with purchase order specifications.
- Coordinate labor requests with vendors and raise requests in the Kronos system accordingly.
- Check and ensure accuracy of invoices billed for labor requests.
