RN Coordinator
Reporting to the Director of Nursing Services, the RN Coordinator is responsible for oversight of nursing services including any outstanding nursing personnel issue.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific duties and responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
- Participates in all admission decisions, and visits prospective Individuals before admission;
- Collaborates with other departments to develop support and coordinate Individual care;
- Monitors clinical staff practices and implementation of clinical care;
- Exercises overall supervision of Individual assessments and plans of care;
- Ensures delivery of compassionate quality care and nursing supervision as evidenced by maintenance of optimal Individual functions;
