Job Description
Reporting to the International Transportation and Customs Manager, the Customs Coordinator will be responsible for receiving and processing customs requests related to the operations of the Live Productions Division (shows, tours, special projects, and equipment transfers between offices). The incumbent will also be responsible for supporting the team with various administrative tasks related to transportation and customs.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and approving export documentation in strict compliance with transportation and customs regulations as required (e.g., commercial invoices, CERS, FDA, USMCA, TSCA, and other various documents);
- Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to address any questions and resolve customs issues;
- Prepare TIBs (Temporary Import Bonds) and other documents required for the export of rental equipment;
