Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory
- Serve as the primary Copilot subject matter expert for the customer engagement.
- Provide guidance on Microsoft Copilot capabilities, roadmap, and best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Advise customers on AI adoption strategies, governance models, and responsible AI practices.
- Help customers identify high-value Copilot use cases aligned with business objectives.
