Role: Copywriter – Retail & Retention
Location: Koregaon Park, Pune
Experience: 2+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, compelling, and conversion-driven copy for retail across digital and in-store channels
- Create content for retention marketing initiatives including email, SMS/WhatsApp, push notifications, CRM journeys, and loyalty communications.
- Strong understanding of trends and ability to create real-time, moment-led content
- Ensure brand voice consistency across all customer touchpoints
Bonus:
- Prior experience in the jewellery industry
