    To lead a team of developers on technical projects and ensure quality and delivery is enforced through code conventions and policies

    experience and qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification – Relevant Diploma

  • Preferred Qualification – Relevant IT Degree

  • Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in a IT Development environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level

  • Additional Knowledge – Understanding of different software architectures and frameworks as well as exposure to other coding languages
