The selected candidate will join the AH Information Management Directorate to manage, drive, and monitor the delivery of digital projects related to the Airbus Helicopters Customer Relationship Management domain. In a context of high service usage, the candidate is accountable for the stability, performance, and operability of our solutions. The role serves as a pivotal liaison between internal teams, managed service providers (MSPs), and users to ensure service excellence.
