Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Maths department team to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Drive curriculum development, assessment strategies, and innovation across the department.
- Monitor student progress and implement interventions to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and ambitious culture within the faculty.
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives and support the vision and ethos of the Arthur Terry School and ATPL.
