Core Physiotherapist, Community Stroke Rehabilitation (CSR) & Assessment, Treatment & Rehabilitation
Part time 0.7FTE - 28 hours per week, fixed term until May 2027
Remuneration as per PSA Allied Health MECA guidelines
The Community Stroke Rehabilitation (CSR) Team and the Assessment, Treatment & Rehabilitation team are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join their teams. CSR provides stroke specialist rehabilitation in the clients own homes with a focus on community reintegration and promotion of self‑management. You will be a key member of an interdisciplinary team using your expertise in assessment and clinical interventions to deliver rehabilitation including an early supported discharge model of care. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic team, leading the delivery of stroke rehabilitation in the community.
