A leading Tier 1 automotive company is seeking a Welding & Robot Engineer.Job AuthorityEscalation of risks to the managementResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining updated product and process risk analyses (FMEA D/P), evaluating their effectiveness, and coordinating the problem‐solving process with applicable methodologies for optimal execution.ActivitiesActivity 1:Training multidisciplinary personnel in core tools.Activity 2:Lead a multidisciplinary team for FMEA generation (P‐D) based on APIS.Activity 3:Generate process/design FMEA in APIS for new VDA/AIAG projects.Activity 4:Maintain control of updates to the latest level of FMEAs – Control Plan.Activity 5:Coordinate the reverse FMEA review prior to production startup (SOP).
