Relocation Bonus Offered - Yes
Vacation/PTO - 3 weeks - 1-3 years; 4 weeks - 3+ years

MD Experience Requirement - Open to Residents - Need to be able to adapt to 30 cases / week quickly
Compensation - 35% collections w 1st year guarantee at 350K (PTO/ 401K/ Full Medical Dental)
Sign-on Bonus - Yes

ASC - 1 ASC with multiple rooms
Staff and Support Team - Tenured
