- Menyelia dan memantau semua anggota polis bantuan di bawah tanggungjawab pos.
- Menyusun jadual syif, tugasan rondaan, dan kawalan keselamatan harian.
- Mengadakan sesi taklimat (roll call) sebelum dan selepas syif bagi memastikan penyampaian arahan operasi semasa.
