Job Description
- Understand and apply different accounting treatments across various industries (e.g. trading, service, holding, investment).
- Learn and use accounting software systems (e.g. SQL, AutoCount) for data entry, transaction recording, and reporting.
- Maintain a clear and systematic document filing structure (physical and digital).
- Perform accurate data entry based on source documents and ensure correct journal adjustments and reclassification entries.
- Draft management accounts and prepare schedules for internal and external review.
- Generate accounting reports including trial balances, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
Compliance & Review Support
- Assist in preparing required information for auditor review, including account schedules, supporting documents, and reconciliations.
