Job Description
Our client is one of the largest financial services institutions globally, with a strong presence in Singapore. They are currently seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst/ Associate to join their expanding team.
Your new role
- Accurately process and validate corporate action events (dividends, mergers, rights issues, stock splits, etc.) across multiple markets
- Monitor and reconcile corporate action entitlements, ensuring timely and accurate updates in internal systems
- Liaise with custodians, counterparties, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and obtain required documentation
- Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, and other support teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate action events
- Prepare clear and concise reports for management and ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements
