As part of the Asset Services team, you will be the subject-matter expert for the team and to handle the various aspects of corporate actions, particularly the Equity-Linked Notes. You will focus on process improvements while delivering good service and reducing operational risk.
Authorise, validation, repair and execution of inbound - outbound instructions (from customers/to depositories/agent)Contact depository, issuer, delivery/paying agents for reconciliation purposes or event clarificationsInstruct and reconcile cash and/or securities discrepancies in a timely mannerSupport complex customer queries and take charge of investigationsEscalate and report issues to Management on issues and challenges in a timely manner.Take ownership, work on and ...
