Job Description
A reputable financial institution is hiring a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Actions team.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily corporate actions processing across global markets
- Handle events such as dividends, rights issues, stock splits, tender offers, and mergers
- Monitor notices from exchanges, custodians, and issuers
- Reconcile entitlements and payments accurately within deadlines
- Act as key escalation point for complex queries and issues
- Support US tax / QI reporting requirements
- Drive process improvements, controls enhancement, and UAT projects
What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in Corporate Actions / Securities Operations
- Strong knowledge of market events and operational workflows
