Board Support and Corporate Governance
- Coordinate and prepare quarterly and annual corporate reports, covering the Board and Management Discussion & Analysis, Sustainability Statement, market review, prospects, and strategic direction.
- Evaluate the company’s operational performance against strategic objectives and optimize the corporate structure to ensure alignment with business goals.
