We are looking for a Corporate Annual Returns Specialist to join the Corporate Department at Bryan & Co. In this role you will support our corporate clients with the timely and accurate filing of annual returns and the preparation of annual minutes for Alberta entities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file annual returns for various corporate entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up to date with changes in legislation and regulations related to annual returns and make necessary adjustments to processes.
- Track deadlines and ensure all filings are completed within specified time‑frames.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of filing deadlines, documents, and other relevant information.
