Our mid-sized Atlanta based law firm client has an immediate need for a mid-level associate.
The ideal candidate for this position will have three plus years' of experience in Corporate Transactional matters (M&A) and an interest in primarily working with this firm's wide range of energy and utility clients.
This firm has no billable requirement for associates along with a refreshing lack of big firm bureaucracy. The firm is extremely well managed and all reports from previously placed associates have been uniformly positive.
