A leading national law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 1-6 years' PQE to join its growing and highly regarded team based in Bristol.

The Opportunity

This is a strong opportunity to join a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked Corporate team with over 50 fee earners, including 20 Partners-several recognised in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame. The team continues to expand nationally, including in its newer regional offices such as Bristol.

You'll work alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of domestic and international transactions including M&A, private equity, venture capital, management buy-outs and buy-ins, fundraising rounds, refinancing, and exits. The wider corporate offering also includes experts in Corporate Tax, Banking & Finance, Competition, and Company Secretarial.
