The Role
You’ll take on a broad caseload of non contentious commercial matters, working closely with senior lawyers and the Head of Department. The work is varied and interesting, including:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and T&Cs
- IT, e commerce and software agreements
- Agency, supply, manufacturing and franchise arrangements
- Joint ventures and collaboration projects
- Data protection and IP related commercial work
- Assisting with corporate transactions and due diligence
- Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
