Web Management:
- Maintain and manage Microsoft SharePoint 365 intranet and microsite platforms
- Ensure web content is updated, relevant, and aligned with organizational messaging
- Develop and publish internal communications materials to engage staff on new initiatives and developments
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to shape and disseminate communications across suitable channels
- Monitor effectiveness of internal communication efforts and recommend improvements
