Corporate Controller — SME | Reports to Director of Finance
Responsibilities
- Oversaw all accounting operations for US and Canadian entities, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and revenue recognition.
- Led monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; prepared consolidated financial statements and variance analysis.
- Managed annual budgets and quarterly forecasts; partnered with business leaders to set financial targets and monitor performance.
- Maintained internal controls, IFRS compliance, and accounting policies; managed internal and external audits.
- Supported US and Canadian tax filings, banking relationships, and cash flow management.
- Implemented process improvements and explored new tools/software to drive efficiency.
- Collaborated with Revenue Cycle team to minimize revenue leakage and bad debts.
- Delivered ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
