Corporate Counsel (M&A/ Governance)

Sinclair, Inc. is looking for a dynamic **Corporate Counsel** to serve as a key legal advisor on a broad range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and other high-value corporate initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work at the center of the company’s growth strategy, partnering closely with senior leadership, outside counsel, and cross-functional teams to structure, negotiate, and execute complex transactions while also supporting corporate governance and financing activities.
