Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory support to the business and operational functions of the StarHub Group.
- Review, draft, negotiate and advise on commercial agreements and corporate transactions, including telecommunications, ICT and media matters; network infrastructure and wholesale arrangements; technology implementation and digital transformation projects; enterprise and consumer products and services; procurement, licensing and leasing matters; cloud and managed services agreements; and strategic partnerships and other commercial initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the StarHub Group to ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, data protection and cybersecurity requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
- LLB (Hons) degree and admission as a qualified lawyer in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction.
