Job Description
- Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Logistics, manufacturing, transport, supply chain industry is advantageous
Responsibilities would include:
- Work on corporate development projects – JVs, Investments, M&A, Acquisitions, divestitures, strategy development, new business development at the corporate and business unit level
- Conduct due diligence, financial modelling for potential acquisitions, prepare investment cases, present findings and provide insightful recommendations to senior management/ board
- Work along the senior management, C-suite and head of team to contribute to and lead high-performing project teams
- Manage and track deal progress, ensuring that timelines and milestones are met
