Job Description
Second Step Capital is a new venture created by experienced M&A and operations professionals. The goal of the venture is to acquire a manufacturing company in the GTA / Southern Ontario area to grow over the long-term. This role will be the first salaried position in the company and will work directly with the CEO and COO. The right person to succeed in this role is looking for a fast-paced environment where there is the proper support to learn the industry and yet the boundless freedom that comes with new ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry Research: learning about new industries by reading various reports, discussing with industry specialists, and reviewing materials available on the internet
- Client Introductions: Introducing our firm to potential clients or investors by sharing emails with new firms. Scheduling the resulting meetings and required materials
