- Expansion Initiatives: Assisting the board and promoters (such as Prakash Jain, Nitin Jain, and Mayank Jain) in executing international and domestic expansion strategies. This includes building business cases for setting up new manufacturing lines or warehouses across India and abroad.
- Product Diversification: Evaluating the strategic viability of launching new high-margin or sustainable products, such as the company’s fire-rated A2+ ACCP panels or louvers, and identifying new end-user segments.
- Capex and Operational Strategy: Analyzing capacity optimization at the Umbergaon (Gujarat) plant to support revenue targets and improve margins.
