About The Role
We are seeking a highly driven Corporate Finance Advisory Associate to join a dynamic investment team focused on growth-stage opportunities in the consumer and business services sectors. This role is ideal for candidates with strong transaction advisory or deal experience who want to transition into private equity and play a key role in evaluating and executing investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end investment process, from deal sourcing to execution
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to assess investment opportunities
- Perform industry and market research to identify trends and growth drivers
- Assist in screening and evaluating potential deals
