Our client is a Corporate Finance Advisory firm and is looking for a Corporate Finance Associate to join their team due to a strong deal pipeline. The firm offers a range of corporate finance advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, valuations and fundraising and caters to a wide range of sectors both in the Irish and international markets. Responsibilities of this Corporate Finance Associate Job: Preparing and assisting with Business Plans / Funding proposals / Company valuations for both current and potential clients Financial modelling and scenario analysis Advising on Strategic M&A on both buy and sell side Financial analysis related to transactions Getting exposure to deal negotiations Requirements of this Corporate Finance Associate Job: Be a recently qualified ACA accountant Have a strong academic background Have some experience in or exposure to Corporate Finance transactions Be comfortable developing and enhancing financial models and undertaking financial analysi...
