We are seeking an outstanding solicitor with a genuine interest in Corporate and Finance law and a desire to build a successful career in this practice area.
About the role:
You will work within a friendly, collegial and collaborative team managed by three Partners across a range of work for domestic and international clients including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Venture capital funds and private equity
- Secured and unsecured finance transactions
- Aviation and asset finance (primarily international)
- Project finance (energy and infrastructure)
- Corporate structuring and restructuring
- Governance and advisory
- Domestic and cross‑border transactions and trade
