Duties and Responsibilities
- Continuous Improvement Programs
- Provides long-term and short-term strategies and looks for programs and opportunities for improvements related to cost and process efficiency.
- Evaluates effectiveness of projects and programs if beneficial to the company.
- Monitors program to ensure scope and schedule meet the requirements.
- Ensures effective and efficient management of resources.
- Collaborates analysis and results with Department Managers / Department Heads for implementation.
6S Implementation
- Oversees program implementation progress.
- Evaluates progress and attainment.
Performance Analysis and Reports
- Reviews assessment and reports to provide appropriate action plans.
- Ensures that all Corporate IE concerns are being attended and resolved.
People Management
