Due to a promotion, this insolvency specialist is seeking a Corporate Insolvency Senior Administrator to join their Worcester office. Reporting directly to senior management, you will manage a case portfolio of various sizes and complexity. Cases will mainly include Liquidations and Administrations.
Role:
Managing case delivery incorporating pre-appointment, progression and closureUnderstanding key commercial aspects of the insolvent company’s businessProviding regular progress reports to the managerInvestigating Directors’ conductPreparing for and attending creditors’ meetingsManaging asset valuation and realisationProviding recommendations for sign-off by the Insolvency PractitionerAttending clients’ sites to secure the premises and/or assets where necessaryMaintaining IPS case diaries and IPS set-up Requirements:
