Job Description
The CIA Lead for Finance & Non-Finance Audits (Officer II) must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or Internal Auditing. Being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is a strong advantage. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant audit experience in internal or external audit, financial review, or compliance, with a demonstrated ability to lead fieldwork teams and review working papers. The position is office-based at Shakey's WOW Center and requires proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
The role requires solid technical competence in preparing and executing risk-based audit programs for financial and non-financial engagements, conducting internal controls testing and compliance reviews, and performing auditee interviews, process walkthroughs, and control narrative documentation.
